The cleaning process starts with a pre-inspection of all areas of concern to you, followed by carefully removing any items in the rooms to be cleaned that may cause problems when cleaning starts.(breakables,plants, ect.)

        The first step in the cleaning process starts with a safe and effective pre-spray that prepares the carpet for rinsing. 

      Step 2  is a hot water rinse( 200-230 degrees) that completely removes all cleaning chemicals and soil. The carpet is left soft and residue free. Any stubborn spots are taken care of during the rinsing process.  

       Dry times can be anywhere from 2-24 hours. The time it takes for a carpet to dry are dictated by thickness of carpet, weather, and amount of water needed to clean the carpet thoroughly.  

       Red stains have long been a problem for our industry. But in the last few years, new chemicals have made red stain removal  possible. Animal stains and odors are still difficult to completely eliminate. But with peroxide based spotters and deodorizing, stains and odors can be greatly improved. I work hard to achieve the best possible results for every client.
